Terms of Service

BrandFeed is operated by Derry Investments, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for everything posted from content created in your account. You must be at least 18 and use BrandFeed for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no free trial. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

AI-generated content

• BrandFeed uses artificial intelligence to suggest captions, hooks, scripts and graphics. AI can make mistakes, including inaccurate or incomplete information.
• You must review, edit and approve every post before publishing. You are solely responsible for what you publish.
• Real estate professionals are responsible for complying with the Fair Housing Act, state license-law advertising rules, brokerage policies and MLS rules, including required brokerage and license disclosures.

Fair use

Plans are unlimited for normal business use; we may limit unusually high activity, automated use or abuse to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, photos and text you upload and the posts you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Disclaimers and liability

BrandFeed is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
